Ingredients
1 (8oz) block cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
3 scallions whites, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, grated 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce (I used Franks)
2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
1/4 TSP cayenne pepper powder
Freshly cracked black pepper (about 15 cracks)
Green onions (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350º
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sour cream, scallion whites, parsley, and garlic clove.
Then stir in the cheese, hot sauce, cayenne pepper powder, and black pepper. Next, fold in chicken.
Transfer to an oven-safe dish or cast-iron skillet, and top with some more cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Then finish under the broiler for 2 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve!
