For private customers, we offer you an extensive sharpening service for your knives and scissors. Bring your knives and scissors well packaged to the WÜSTHOF Store. See below for costs.

To maintain the perfect cutting edge geometry and the exact angle of your knives, all knives are checked using the laser angle measuring process. This guarantees the usual high cutting durability and long lifespan that your knife had when it was new.

To protect your knives and scissors, we generally sharpen by hand using the wet sharpening process. This protects the steel structure of your blades from overheating.

• Fill out the order form in our store legibly.

• Provide your first and last name, your address, your email address, and phone number.

• Please ensure that your knives are sent in clean.

• After receiving the goods, your order will go to the workshop and be processed in about 1 week. Our professional sharpener picks up the knives on Monday morning and brings them back to the store a week later. We will inform you by email or phone when you can come pick them up.
