Default Title

 Honing Steel for exceptional honing of your knives. Even high-quality knives, such as those made by WÜSTHOF, gradually dull due to use: to compensate, a honing steel should be used regularly. A few strokes of both sides of the knife over the  honing steel will help you to maintain the sharpness of a good blade. We recommend using a Diamond Steel or a Ceramic Steel to restore the sharpness of particularly blunt knives.

Crème

 The easiest way to keep knives sharper for longer. Two rotating ceramic discs are mounted at precisely the right angle inside this knife sharpener to ensure fast, sharp results. Equipped with a hand guard and non-slip rubber feet, the knife sharpener also protects against injury or slipping. In contrast to the 2-stage Knife Sharpener, this Sharpener is for fine sharpening only (for knives that are already moderately sharp or that have already been coarsely sharpened.

 The WÜSTHOF Universal Knife Sharpener can be adjusted to sharpen either standard or Asian-style blades. Each setting provides two stages of sharpening for a total of four stages.      First, operators can use a carbide sharpening slot to smooth irregularities and refine the angle of the blade edge. Next, the knife can be drawn through the ceramic sharpening slot to finish honing the blade to a refined, razor-sharp edge.      Because it can be switched quickly between standard and Asian settings, users don't need to purchase multiple sharpeners to keep all kitchen blades in functional form. 

4-Stage Knife Sharpener

  The WÜSTHOF Two-Stage Hand-Held Knife Sharpener is safe and easy to use.      
 Place the sharpener on a flat work surface and hold the E-Z grip handle with one hand and the knife handle with the other. Insert the knife blade fully into the slot at a 90-degree angle to the sharpener and pull back a few times to sharpen.  
 After setting the knife's edge with the carbide side, use the unit's ceramic side to nicely finish the edge.  
 This sharpener is designed to sharpen a knife at 14 degrees per side.  
 

2-Stage Hand-Held Knife Sharpener

The innovative and practical Holder keeps our Whetstones firmly in place and provides additional stability and safety when sharpening the knife. Anti-slip silicone feet ensure that the Holder, containing the Whetstone, will not slip. Your workplace also remains clean as the sharpening sludge  is collected. The Holder is suitable for all WÜSTHOF Whetstones and for other common whetstones or sharpening stones.

Non Slip Holder For Whetstones

A Whetstone wears unevenly during knife sharpening; this cannot be avoided, even with high-quality sharpening stones such as the WÜSTHOF Whetstone. The Flattening Stone ensures that unevenness is levelled out again and that, over the long term, an effective sharpening result is maintained.

Reshaping Stone

A sharpening stone for a particularly gentle way of honing and sharpening your knives. WÜSTHOF Whetstones consist of a combination of different high-quality, abrasive grits. The stones have two sides – one with a fine grit and one coarse. The coarse side is used to smooth off any unevenness while the finer grit is used to hone and sharpen your knife.
We recommend the Whetstone Holder, which guarantees even more stability, to accompany the Whetstone.

Ceramic sharpening rod for dull to moderately sharp knives. The ceramic surface ensures exceptional sharpening of the blade: with just a few steps you can achieve the desired result. Ceramic Steels are available in fine and standard grit.
As these rods remove a tiny amount of metal from the knife, we recommend an additional WÜSTHOF Honing Steel for daily or weekly resharpening.
