In this form we need the following information:

• Order number

• When did you bought the knife

• What is the issue

Once we approved it via mail, you should prepare the knives properly for the shipping.

Wrap your knives securely in layers of newspaper or bubble wrap and send them in a sturdy cardboard box for the safety of the package handlers.

(Note: Please ensure knives are cleaned and do not have tape on the blade or the knife will not be processed)
