Partner Knife Block Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of WÜSTHOF, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on April 22, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on May 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the official entry form.
• Limit one entry per person.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or generated by automated means will be disqualified.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a WÜSTHOF Partner 8-piece Knife Block Set (approximate retail value: $525.00 USD).
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• Winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
• The winner must respond within 15 days of notification. If no response is received, WÜSTHOF reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Rights Granted
By entering, participants grant WÜSTHOF the right to use their name, submitted entry, and any associated content (including photos, videos, or comments) for marketing and promotional purposes worldwide, in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
WÜSTHOF is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical errors, malfunctions, or interruptions
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social platform.
8. Privacy & Marketing Consent
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and in accordance with WÜSTHOF’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants also consent to receive marketing emails, product updates, and promotional offers from WÜSTHOF. Participants may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email communication.
9. General Conditions
WÜSTHOF reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances compromise its integrity.
10. Governing Law
This giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By participating, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Connecticut, United States, for any disputes arising under or related to this giveaway.
