Classic 7" Hollow Edge Chai Dao
$170.00
The WÜSTHOF Classic 7" Hollow-Edge Chai Dao combines the shape of a Santoku with that of a Chinese chopping knife. However. it adopts not only the form. but also the functionalities of the two models. Thanks to the slightly curved shape of the blade. the Chai Dao is suitable for both cutting and chopping. especially for a fluid rock-chop. As this knife is particularly finely ground towards the cutting edge it should not be used for chopping bones; instead we recommend our European Cleaver or Butchers Knife.
When you use a WÜSTHOF knife, you can be sure that you are holding one of world’s best kitchen tools in your hand.
We have been developing and manufacturing our products in Solingen, Germany, the “City of Blades,” since 1814 – loyalty that pays off in the quality and reliability of our family business, knife by knife.
WÜSTHOF stands for knives. For the moment when your knife glides effortlessly through your fresh ingredients.
