Devoluciones y cambios
Aceptamos devoluciones que cumplan las siguientes condiciones:
- El artículo se compró a través de wusthof.com y se envió a una dirección en EE. UU.
- El artículo debe estar sin usar y en su embalaje original.
- La solicitud de devolución o cambio se realiza dentro de los 45 días siguientes al envío del pedido.
Devoluciones durante las vacaciones: cualquier artículo comprado entre el 15 de octubre de 2025 y el 16 de diciembre de 2025 se puede devolver hasta el 31 de enero de 2026.

How many days do I have to start a return?
You have 45 days from the date your order is shipped to start your return.
Do you have an extended holiday return policy?
Yes! Any item purchased from October 15, 2025 through December 16, 2025 can be returned through January 31, 2026.
How do I make a return?
Begin your return by entering your order number and the email, shipping zip code, or phone number associated with your order in the form above. Choose the items you would like to return and the reason for return. Once all the steps are complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
Do you offer free returns?
Yes! You will receive a prepaid shipping label to print and use for your return.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can choose to receive a refund to the original payment method, refund to a digital gift card, or exchange your item for something different. If you choose to exchange, your replacement item will not be shipped until the original item purchased is received, checked, and approved by our team.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 10 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is checked and accepted, the reimbursement or credit will be issued within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.
