La tabla de cortar WÜSTHOF de TPU está diseñada para proteger los cuchillos. "I've used it at least a dozen times so far, and I really like it. I can barely see any scratch marks in the surface! After cutting and trimming raw meats it goes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. I bought the large size. If they made an XL I would buy it, if it still fit in a dishwasher. I haven't noticed any of my new Classic Ikon knives getting dull using this board. That backs up their claim of being gentle on knives. I do hone the knives before use, however. I was looking at an expensive "end grain" style wooden board. When I purchased my Classic Ikon set, I added the TPU board to my cart. I am happy I did! I'm not looking at that fancy, expensive wooden board now. I'm giving 4 stars for value, only because I'm certain the price mark up is high and a better price would entice more people to try this wonderful cutting surface."
