"I was very tempted to buy a cheaper option (store brand at Target and Zwilling have cheaper options for similar products), but I opted for Wusthof because it is a little wider than both of those. Because of that, the knives feel a little less cramped - they are still a bit cramped in the Wusthof, and it can be a little tricky to get some knives out depending on how full you have it, but overall it is a great product. It feels sturdy and durable, just like the prior knife block we’ve been using since we bought our first set of Wusthof knives 15 years ago. It is nice to get some counter space back with this in-drawer option."
